What You’ll Do
- Recruit and screen candidates for open positions
- Schedule interviews and communicate with applicants
- Assist with onboarding and hiring paperwork
- Support daily office administrative tasks
- Help organize team meetings, events, and office operations
- Assist with company social media content and recruiting posts
- Help build company culture and team engagement
- Maintain candidate and employee records
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and people skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Coachable and willing to learn
- Previous recruiting, sales, customer service, marketing, or social media experience is a plus but not required
