AarkosMED Homecare LLC is seeking a reliable, calm, and compassionate Crisis Stabilization Team Lead to support youth and individuals in crisis respite and community stabilization settings.
This role focuses on:
behavioral support
emotional regulation
community supervision
structured routines
crisis de-escalation
and engagement-based support.
The ideal candidate must be:
reliable
emotionally calm under pressure
consistent with boundaries
able to work independently
and comfortable supporting individuals with behavioral and emotional challenges.
Responsibilities
Provide direct supervision and support
Support community outings and activities
Assist with emotional regulation and de-escalation
Maintain structure and routines
Monitor safety during community activities
Communicate with supervisors regarding concerns or incidents
Complete documentation and shift notes
Support crisis stabilization goals
Qualifications
Experience in healthcare, DSP, behavioral support, mental health, or crisis services preferred
Reliable transportation
Strong communication skills
Ability to remain calm during escalations
Ability to maintain professional boundaries
Team-oriented and dependable
Schedule
