Position Summary
Oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of colleges and universities outreach initiatives that support the organization’s mission and engagement goals. Leads the outreach team to build relationships with community groups, colleges, universities, and student organizations. Ensures outreach efforts are organized, effective, and aligned with organizational values and strategic priorities. Serves as the primary point of coordination between the outreach team and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate the Colleges & Universities Outreach Team, including assigning tasks and managing outreach schedules

Oversee outreach initiatives targeting community organizations, colleges, universities, and student groups

Develop and guide outreach strategies that support awareness, engagement, and recruitment goals

Collaborate with Communications, Events, and Partnerships teams to align outreach efforts

Review outreach materials and messaging for accuracy, tone, and consistency

Track outreach activities, contacts, and engagement outcomes

Provide guidance, feedback, and support to outreach team members

Support onboarding and training of new outreach team members

Ensure professionalism, inclusivity, and accountability in all outreach activities
