Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Selling Business Manager located in Lubbock, TX. The Selling Business Manager will lead daily store operations, drive sales initiatives, and oversee a team to provide outstanding customer experiences. Primary responsibilities include training and coaching team members, analyzing sales data to maximize performance, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and building strong customer relationships to meet business objectives.

- Merchandising and inventory management capabilities

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, retail management, or equivalent experience is a plus
- Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
