In this position, you will be on the front lines supporting and partnering with our customers every day, proudly representing the 6crickets brand and reputation. You will work closely with our product and engineering teams to share customer insights and feedback that help improve our platform and overall user experience. You will also research and engage with potential clients to support sales to expand our impact and reach.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Have a big-picture perspective with an in-depth understanding of 6crickets’ business goals and product offerings, and vigilance to stay current with new developments in a fast-growing startup environment.
- Provide friendly, effective, and efficient technical support to the 6crickets community.
- Manage client accounts and build strong relationships throughout the customer lifecycle, from onboarding and ongoing support to account renewal and referrals.
- Be a first point of contact to handle and resolve customer complaints, including urgent situations. Compose thoughtful and accurate messages or customize prepared responses to customer emails.
- Identify and escalate issues appropriately.
- Effectively manage and prioritize numerous concurrent tasks.
- Research and engage with prospective clients to help generate sales opportunities.
- Proactively and independently work to meet targets and goals.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 1+ years of customer servicing experience in client success, technology support, and/or sales.
- Must be available to work a consistent full-time schedule, Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm Pacific Time, with real-time availability for team and client collaboration.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to multi-task.
- Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to adverse situations.
- Technical aptitude and the ability to pick up new technologies and workflows quickly.
- Strong ability to use AI and research information on the web and troubleshoot problems.
- Must be able to type at least 60 words per minute for fluent live chat and internal team messaging communications.
- Must have a good remote working setup with high speed Internet.
- Effective at building rapport and relationships with teammates and customers.
- Willingness to go above and beyond for customers and teammates.
BONUS QUALIFICATIONS:
- Interest or experience in sales activities such as cold calling, giving sales presentations, attending conferences, generating leads, and helping close deals.
- Passion for leveraging AI tools, automation, and “vibe coding” to improve operational efficiency, customer support workflows, internal processes, and team productivity.
- Ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and proactively create practical solutions using modern AI and no-code/low-code tools.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with curiosity, initiative, and eagerness to experiment with new technologies and workflows.
COMPENSATION
We offer competitive compensation with a salary range of $45,000 to $75,000, plus commission opportunities, performance bonus, health insurance, and 401(k). Starting salary depends on location, experience, capabilities, and growth potential. You'll work alongside a passionate, mission-driven team on challenging and impactful projects in a supportive and collaborative environment.
