A fast-growing AI technology startup is looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer to help build next-generation AI-powered platforms focused on document intelligence, compliance workflows, and advanced search capabilities. This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy solving complex technical problems, working with modern AI systems, and contributing to products used in mission-critical environments.
 

Role:
🔹 Design and develop scalable systems integrating AI models, backend APIs, and modern web applications
🔹 Build and maintain full stack applications using Python, TypeScript, and AI-driven technologies
🔹 Collaborate with product teams and end-users to define features and translate requirements into technical solutions
🔹 Work with LLMs and modern AI application techniques to improve automation and search workflows
🔹 Contribute to system architecture, technical strategy, and engineering best practices
🔹 Help shape product direction and engineering culture within a fast-moving startup environment
 

Requirements:
✅ 4+ years of professional software engineering experience
✅ Strong proficiency in Python and TypeScript
✅ Experience building full stack applications and scalable backend systems
✅ Hands-on experience with LLMs, NLP technologies, or AI application development
✅ Strong understanding of system design and software architecture
✅ Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and secure development practices
✅ Excellent communication and collaboration skills
✅ Experience working directly with users and translating feedback into product improvements
✅ US Citizenship required due to government contract and compliance requirements
