Summer Camp Counselor (Paid + Housing Included)
Surprise Lake Camp | Cold Spring, NY
June 19 – August 23 (flexible end date possible)

Due to current staffing needs, we are especially seeking applicants interested in mentoring and working with boys’ groups this summer.

Looking for a summer job that doesn’t feel like a job?

Spend your summer at a coed overnight camp filled with sports, campfires, staff socials, competitions, trips, lake days, and a built in community of other staff. Make a real impact on kids while building friendships and experiences that often last long after summer ends.

What You’ll Do

• Live in a bunk and mentor campers ages 7–16
• Lead activities, sports, trips, and events
• Help create a safe, fun, and structured environment
• Support campers socially and emotionally
• Work alongside counselors and leadership staff

Requirements

• 17+ and high school graduate
• Positive attitude, flexibility, and energy
• Experience with children preferred but not required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
