Executive Assistant Intern to the CEO

Position Type: Part-time internship
Location: Local to St. Pete, FL and surrounding areas
Compensation: To be discussed based on experience and availability
College Credit: College credit may be available depending on your school’s internship requirements.

Role Overview

Jawzrsize is looking for a reliable and organized Executive Assistant Intern to support Brandon, the CEO of Jawzrsize, with day-to-day tasks, team communication, scheduling, organization, and general business support.

This role is perfect for someone who is dependable, proactive, detail-oriented, and excited to learn how a fast-moving brand operates behind the scenes.

Responsibilities

  • Help Brandon stay organized with daily tasks, reminders, and priorities
  • Support communication between Brandon and the team
  • Assist with scheduling, calendar coordination, and meeting follow-ups
  • Help organize notes, action items, and simple project updates
  • Support basic admin tasks, errands, and coordination needs
  • Help keep team communication clear and moving forward
  • Assist with event, content, partnership, or business tasks as needed
  • Follow up on open items and help make sure tasks do not fall through the cracks
