About HER365:
HER365 (H.E.R.S. 365) is a women-centered sports and storytelling platform that exists
to empower female athletes and the communities around them.We operate the first
recruiting and ranking system focused on girls’ flag football, using verified stats,
AI-powered analytics, and personalized athlete profiles to connect players with coaches,
recruiters, brands, and NIL opportunities. Beyond the field, we champion leadership,
wellness, and year-round development through events, mentorship, and partner
activations designed to increase visibility, access, and opportunities for girls and
women in sport.
Role Summary:
The Partnerships & Outreach Intern supports HER365 by strengthening relationships
with coaches, sponsors, and partners while expanding outreach databases and
supporting athlete onboarding and in-real-life (IRL) activations. This role is ideal for an
outgoing, relationship-driven student interested in sports partnerships, business
development, and women’s athletics.
Key Position Duties and Responsibilities:
● Expand and maintain databases of high school coaches, college coaches,
recruiters, and potential sponsors
● Conduct outreach via email and LinkedIn to support athlete onboarding and
partnership engagement
● Assist with preparation of pitch decks, sponsorship materials, and partnership
presentations
● Support planning and coordination of IRL events, activations, and recruiting
initiatives
● Track outreach activity, responses, and engagement metrics
● Collaborate with internal teams to align partnerships with HER365 campaigns
and goals
Learning Outcomes & Development:
By the end of the internship, the intern will:
● Complete 3–4 industry-relevant certifications aligned with their role and
academic program (e.g., marketing, media, analytics, events, partnerships).
● Gain real-world experience working on initiatives connected to major sports and
entertainment partners (e.g., NFL, Olympics, brand collaborations).
● Build a measurable portfolio of work, including projects, campaigns, deliverables,
and documented outcomes.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
● Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s program and eligible for academic credit
● Interest in partnerships, outreach, sports business, or women’s sports
● Strong written and verbal communication skills
● Comfortable networking and initiating professional conversations
● Strong communication skills, reliability, and attention to detail.
● Ability to work independently and in a remote team environment, manage time,
and meet deadlines.
Preferred Attributes:
● Familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM or database tools, and Google Workspace
● Organized, confident, and goal-oriented
● GPA of 3.0 or higher (or equivalent experience)

Communication & Accountability Requirement
Because this is a remote-first internship, consistent communication is required.
All interns must complete check-ins every:
- Tuesday
- Thursday
- Sunday
Check-ins must be submitted via text, email, or the designated team communication channel and must include:
- Current progress
- Completed tasks
- Upcoming availability
- Any issues, questions, or support needs
- Failure to maintain consistent communication may result in removal from the program.
