Finance Intern

Synergy Global Health is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Intern to support financial operations and business performance initiatives across our MedSpa clinics. This internship provides hands-on experience in financial planning, reporting, budgeting, and operational analysis within a growing healthcare and wellness environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with tracking revenue, expenses, and financial performance metrics
- Support preparation of financial reports, summaries, and data analysis
- Help maintain budgeting and forecasting spreadsheets
- Assist with invoice tracking, reconciliation, and expense documentation
- Conduct market and financial research to support business initiatives
- Support membership revenue analysis and operational performance reviews
- Organise and maintain financial records and reporting documentation
- Collaborate with leadership on special projects and process improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Current student or recent graduate in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Basic understanding of financial reporting and budgeting principles
- Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with financial analysis, accounting coursework, or business operations
- Familiarity with spreadsheet modelling and reporting tools
- Exposure to QuickBooks, Excel financial functions, or business analytics tools
- Interest in healthcare, wellness, or MedSpa industry
