Infoways provides full‑lifecycle ERP services, including business consulting, implementation, upgrades, migrations, custom development, integrations, training, and AMS/post‑production support. Their approach emphasizes client‑centric discovery, understanding operational pain points, and delivering tailored solutions aligned to industry needs.
We are expanding our Sales initiatives by canvassing business prospects and connecting with IT Managers to introduce our services with the goal of fostering and growing business relationships.
The Client Relationship Manager will introduce Infoways services nationwide utilizing prepared canvas listings to principal company representatives. These company’s principal representatives will be decision makers and IT specific contracts. The Client Relationship Manager will also use LinkedIn and other online tools to reach out to prospects. Company would require travel to industry trade shows and conferences from time to time.
The position would be full-time, and the hours are generally between 9 AM and 5 PM Monday through Friday EST.
Qualifications:
- The Associate will be comfortable in making cold calls and communicating with principal company officers on the phone and email correspondence.
- Candidate will have good verbal and written skills.
- Ability to make cold calls.
- Comfortable going to trade shows and conferences and meeting new people.
- Experience with MS Office/LinkedIn is required.
