Job Overview

Priority Group Services LLC is seeking a highly motivated IT & Streaming Support Specialist to support athletic livestreaming operations and digital broadcasting services. This role is responsible for providing technical support, maintaining streaming systems, troubleshooting platform and connectivity issues, generating analytics reports, and supporting cloud-based streaming environments.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical troubleshooting skills, experience with streaming or broadcasting technologies, and the ability to support both web and mobile streaming platforms in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for livestreaming operations and streaming platforms
  • Troubleshoot streaming, networking, and connectivity issues in real time
  • Support cloud-based streaming systems, platform administration, and user access management
  • Monitor streaming platform performance, uptime, and security compliance
  • Generate analytics reports and audience engagement insights
  • Support mobile, desktop, and web streaming compatibility
  • Assist with implementation, onboarding, and staff training activities
  • Maintain technical documentation, support logs, and system records
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve streaming efficiency and user experience


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • Experience supporting livestreaming, broadcasting, or media technology environments
  • Knowledge of cloud-based media platforms, networking, and streaming technologies
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with reporting dashboards and analytics tools preferred
  • Excellent communication and technical support abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
