What You’ll Do

  • Meet virtually with clients who requested information about benefits
  • Educate working families on available coverage options
  • Assist clients with life and supplemental benefit solutions
  • Participate in mentorship, training, and team development
  • Develop leadership and business skills in a fast-paced environment

Compensation

Performance-based compensation structure including:

  • Commissions
  • Bonuses
  • Residual income opportunities

First-year representatives commonly earn between $60,000–$100,000+, with higher earning potential based on performance and leadership growth.

 Requirements

  • Must be willing to obtain necessary licenses required by your state
  • Licensing assistance and training available
  • No prior experience required
  • Background check required per state regulations
