Position Summary

Tonna Mechanical is seeking a skilled, dependable, and customer-focused Service Plumber to join our growing residential service team.

In this role, you will diagnose, repair, service, and maintain residential plumbing systems while delivering a first-class customer experience. We are looking for someone who can communicate clearly, provide honest recommendations, and represent Tonna Mechanical with professionalism and integrity.

What You’ll Do

As a Service Plumber at Tonna Mechanical, you will:

Diagnose and repair residential plumbing issues accurately and efficiently.
Perform service, maintenance, and repair work on residential plumbing systems and fixtures.
Install, repair, and maintain plumbing components including toilets, faucets, sinks, showers, tubs, water spigots, garbage disposals, water heaters, tankless water heaters, hot water recirculation systems, boilers, pumps, radiators, in-floor radiant systems, pressure tanks, domestic water lines, gas piping, floor drains, roof drains, RPZ backflow preventers, sewer lines, and related plumbing systems.
Communicate findings and repair options clearly with customers.
Provide honest, transparent guidance without unnecessary upselling.
Maintain a clean, safe, and professional job site.
Complete service documentation accurately and on time.
Represent Tonna Mechanical with professionalism, courtesy, and a strong service mindset.
Participate in an on-call or after-hours rotation as needed to support our 24/7 service commitment.

What We’re Looking For

Preferred qualifications include:

Experience in residential service plumbing.
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
Knowledge of plumbing systems, repair methods, and installation best practices.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
A commitment to quality, integrity, urgency, and follow-through.
Pride in representing the company, the trade, and the customer experience.
