Restaurant Manager

We’re seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join an established hospitality group. This role is ideal for a thoughtful, people-focused leader who enjoys hospitality, values strong systems, and knows how to guide a team toward consistent results.

The role

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations with an emphasis on guest experience

  • Lead, coach, and support team members to perform at a high level

  • Maintain operational standards across service, cleanliness, and food safety

  • Manage schedules, labor, and daily priorities

  • Identify opportunities for improvement and bring new ideas to the table

  • Foster a positive, accountable workplace culture

Schedule & compensation

  • Salary: $78,000–$85,000 annually, depending on experience

  • Schedule: approximately 50 hours per week, including a mix of days and nights

  • Availability: weekends and holidays are required
