About the Opportunity
We are seeking motivated and creative Marketing Interns to support marketing initiatives across three growing companies: E & S Academy, Venture Global Solutions, and E & S Home Care Solutions. This internship is ideal for students interested in gaining hands-on experience in digital marketing, SEO, business development, content creation, social media strategy, and B2B outreach.
This is a unique opportunity to work with companies in the healthcare education, home care, and business outsourcing industries while contributing to real marketing campaigns, brand growth, and lead generation strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing interns may assist with the following:
- Conduct marketing research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Support strategic planning for marketing campaigns across multiple industries
- Assist with SEO efforts, Google indexing, keyword research, and website visibility improvements
- Help create and organize content for social media, websites, blogs, email campaigns, and promotional materials
- Research and build vendor, partner, and B2B networking relationships
- Support outreach efforts to potential business partners, referral sources, and industry contacts
- Assist with social media marketing, including content ideas, captions, scheduling, and engagement strategies
- Review marketing performance data and help identify areas for improvement
- Support brand awareness initiatives for healthcare education, home care services, and outsourcing solutions
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for new campaigns, promotions, and business development strategies
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for students who are:
- Studying Marketing, Business, Communications, Public Relations, Digital Media, or a related field
- Creative, organized, and eager to learn
- Interested in SEO, social media, content creation, and digital marketing
- Comfortable conducting research and presenting ideas
- Strong written and verbal communicators
- Professional, reliable, and able to work independently
- Interested in healthcare, education, business development, or B2B marketing
Preferred Skills
Experience or interest in any of the following is a plus but not required:
- Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design/video tools
- Social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Google Business Profile, Google Search, SEO, or website content optimization
- Email marketing, lead generation, or business outreach
- WordPress or basic website management
Work Location
We prefer candidates who are available to work from our office in South Plainfield, New Jersey. However, remote candidates will also be considered depending on qualifications, availability, and ability to work independently.
