Human Resources Intern
Job Duties for 13 weeks:
- Digitize personnel files
- Organize and or archive personnel and other administrative files
- Create employee announcement and recognition templates
- Organize and plan, potentially implement employee activities and/or events
- Promote employee engagement programs
- Collaborate in the create/enforcement of dress code and PPE policies
- Audit preparation to include the review of training checkslists, completion and digitizing of the same.
- Identification and creation of onboarding, termination, and other flowcharts and process improvement
- Other tasks as identified and assigned
Requirements:
- A current college Sophomore or Junior
- Pursuing a Business or Human Resources degree
- Hold at least a 3.0 GPA
- Microsoft Suite experience
- Excellent communication skills
