Location- Tampa, Florida

Salary Range- 75k to 85k

 

Job Description

Job Title: AI Engineer — Entry Level

 

We are seeking motivated entry-level AI Engineers to support development of AI-powered applications using LLMs, generative AI, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). This role is suited for fresh graduates with strong Python fundamentals and an interest in applied AI.

Key Responsibilities:

Support development of LLM-based and generative AI applications
Assist in building RAG pipelines (ingestion, embeddings, semantic search, retrieval)
Implement NLP capabilities such as summarization, Q&A, and classification
Work on prompt engineering to improve model outputs
Integrate AI features with APIs and applications
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in CS/AI/Data Science or related field
Strong Python skills; familiarity with APIs (FastAPI/Flask/Node.js)
Basic understanding of ML, NLP, LLMs, and embeddings
Exposure to tools such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain, or LlamaIndex
Strong analytical and learning ability
Preferred:

Academic or project experience in AI/ML, LLMs, or chatbots
Exposure to vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, etc.) and LLM APIs
Basic knowledge of cloud, frontend, or DevOps tools
