AI Executive Consultant

This is a rare opportunity to work directly with a CEO managing multiple companies simultaneously. You won’t be fetching coffee — you’ll be learning to run AI-powered workflows that keep real businesses moving.  Use cutting-edge AI tools (including Anthropic’s Claude) to streamline executive decision-making across multiple companies
• Help design and manage AI-assisted workflows for tasks like research, communications, scheduling, and reporting
• Sit in on strategic conversations and contribute to real business challenges
• Document and improve processes so AI tools work smarter over time
• Act as a thought partner to the CEO on where AI can create the most leverage
 

What We’re Looking For:

Curiosity about AI and a desire to learn by doing — no prior experience required but a bonus
• Strong written communication skills
• Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable with ambiguity
• Bonus: background or interest in business, communications, computer science, or entrepreneurship
