  • Build and manage marketing funnels (events, email campaigns, consultations, etc.) using platforms such as Mailchimp.
  • Develop and schedule engaging content using Canva, ensuring brand consistency
  • Track and analyze campaign performance using web analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations
  • Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns that support both internal and client-facing initiatives
  • Collaborate with team members to support evolving marketing priorities in a fast-paced, client-driven environment

Qualifications

  • Foundational knowledge of digital marketing and social media strategy
  • Understanding of web analytics and online marketing principles
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent follow-through
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
  • Comfortable multitasking and adapting in a dynamic, client-focused setting
  • Self-starter who takes initiative and seeks out opportunities to add value
  • Experience with Canva for content creation and scheduling
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field

What You’ll Gain

  • Meaningful exposure to client-facing marketing work within a professional services environment
  • Insight into how marketing supports recruitment, employer branding, and workforce strategy
  • Hands-on experience with marketing tools, analytics, and campaign execution
  • Opportunity to contribute to real business outcomes, not just internal projects
  • Flexible, part-time schedule that supports academic commitments
