Recruiting Intern

About the Role

Tek One Solutions is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiting Intern to support our growing recruiting team. This role is focused on candidate sourcing and pipeline development across the low voltage, data center, structured cabling, and technology staffing industries.

The ideal candidate is organized, resourceful, and comfortable spending time online identifying qualified candidates across multiple platforms. This position is not focused on cold calling or conducting interviews — instead, the primary responsibility will be building strong talent pipelines and organizing candidate data for our recruiting and sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates nationwide using job boards, LinkedIn, databases, and other recruiting platforms
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future staffing needs
• Review resumes and identify candidates that align with Tek One Solutions’ staffing specialties
• Organize and update candidate information within internal systems and spreadsheets
• Assist recruiters with resume formatting, candidate tracking, and database management
• Research new markets and talent pools to support recruiting efforts
• Maintain accurate records and ensure candidate information stays up to date
• Support recruiting leadership with administrative recruiting tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and computer skills
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Indeed, or other sourcing platforms is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Interest in recruiting, staffing, sales, HR, or talent acquisition preferred
• Previous internship or office experience is a plus but not required
