You’ll play a vital role in daily operations, deliver exceptional client service, manage accounts, and actively drive sales and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities

  • Support efficient daily office operations and help streamline agency processes
  • Serve as the primary Customer Service Representative (CSR) and Account Manager, delivering outstanding client experiences
  • Handle client inquiries, policy servicing, renewals, endorsements, and claims support with a customer-first mindset
  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain records across multiple systems
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships through responsive, professional communication
  • Proactively identify sales opportunities, perform account rounding, cross-selling, and upselling to existing clients
  • Generate new business through outbound calls, networking, referrals, and community outreach
  • Present insurance solutions, prepare quotes, and close sales (with direct commission earnings)
  • Ensure compliance with carrier and state requirements while maintaining meticulous documentation
  • Take initiative to research solutions, solve problems creatively, and represent the agency at networking events and community functions
  • Collaborate as a true team player, contributing to a positive, supportive work environment

Note: Weekend availability may be required during the initial training period when the owner has more scheduling flexibility and during our busy season (July-April).

  • Proficient in Excel, MS Word, and general technology tools
  • Energetic, resilient, and energized by variety — no two days are the same
  • Passionate about sales and growth: eager to learn insurance products, overcome objections, and help clients while driving revenue
  • Willing to do whatever it takes to deliver exceptional results for clients and the business
  • Comfortable networking and representing Be Well Insurance Solutions in the community

Licensing & Growth Requirements

  • Active California Life & Health (L&H) and/or Property & Casualty (P&C) license is preferred.
  • If unlicensed, you must obtain your L&H license within 3 months and P&C license within 6 months. We provide full support for your licensing journey.
  • Once licensed, inside sales responsibilities become a core part of the role, unlocking significant commission earnings and performance bonuses.
