Product Analyst

Position Summary

The Product Analyst role is suited for a curious, analytical, and detail-oriented individual who thrives in complex, data-driven environments. In this position, you will leverage tools like SQL, Snowflake, Excel, and Tableau to analyze business and product performance, uncover insights, and support strategic decision-making around product, pricing, and underwriting. Working closely with senior leadership, you will help develop product strategies, monitor key performance indicators, and contribute to project execution. The ideal candidate combines strong problem-solving skills, clear communication, and a proactive mindset, with a solid foundation in quantitative disciplines such as math, finance, or economics.

What You’ll Do

Demonstrate strategic curiosity and seek to understand the underlying drivers of product and business performance

Utilize SQL and Snowflake to extract and manipulate data to gain a deeper understanding of the behavior of the business

Build tools via Excel and Tableau to create efficiencies in every aspect of work, especially in analyzing metrics

Provide thoughtful recommendations to the managers on product, pricing and underwriting

Monitor leading and lagging indicators to ensure health of the business

Work with the Senior Product Manager to develop the strategy and roadmap for initiatives you own

Lead small projects or help lead portions of larger projects

 

What You'll Need

College Degree required. Major in Math, Economics, Finance, Insurance or Business preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SQL strongly preferred

Excellent verbal and written communication

Ability to manipulate and analyze data, and use reason and logic to draw conclusions

The target salary range for this position is $62,000.00 - $70,000.00 annually.

 

The wage range for this role considers many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, licensure and certification, business needs, and market demands. The pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. Full-time roles are eligible for bonuses and benefits.
