Entry-Level Compliance Specialist
A fast-growing Manhattan-based investment management regulatory consulting firm is seeking a highly motivated recent college graduate to join our team as an Entry-Level Compliance Specialist.
This is a unique opportunity to launch your career at the intersection of finance, regulation, and technology while working with some of the most sophisticated hedge funds and private equity managers in the industry. You’ll work directly alongside experienced investment management attorneys and compliance professionals and gain hands-on exposure to the private fund world from day one.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with quarterly code of ethics reviews and compliance testing
- Review personal trading activity and electronic communications for potential compliance risks
- Support implementation and management of AI-enabled compliance software platforms
- Help maintain compliance reporting systems and regulatory workflows
- Work on real-world projects involving investment advisers, hedge funds, and private equity firms
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree required (graduated 2024 or later)
- Minimum GPA: 3.0
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to learn
- Interest in finance, law, or compliance
