About the Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic accounting/finance intern to join our TEAM! This role is ideal for recent graduates or students in Accounting & Finance studies and/or Hospitality Management Programs. As an intern, you will work in our accounting and finance TEAM’S gaining hands-on experience and contributing to various accounting and finance tasks supporting a diverse portfolio of hotels.
This is a great opportunity to grow your skills and knowledge all while gaining exposure to both corporate and property accounting/financial functions within the hospitality management industry.
Responsibilities:
- Handle transactional accounting for multiple hotel and restaurant entities
- Assist with daily bank account reconciliations
- Assist with accounting entries and periodic report preparation
- Support month-end closing processes
- Perform general accounting/finance tasks, including reconciliations and invoice handling
- Contribute to ad hoc accounting and finance projects as needed
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
- Ability to commute to our office four (4) days a week in Warwick, RI.
- Eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
