About the Role

We're looking for a Sales & Marketing professional to join our team and help us expand Sidecar’s reach across the association sector. This is a high-ownership, cross-functional role that sits at the intersection of outbound sales, demand generation, sales enablement, and event production. You’ll report directly to our Manager of Sales & Partnerships and play a key part in building a predictable pipeline as we scale. This is the right role for someone who is energized by wearing multiple hats, comfortable working in a startup environment, and excited about AI adoption.  

 

What You'll Do

  • Build and execute outbound prospecting sequences to identify and engage qualified association prospects
  • Generate a consistent pipeline of qualified leads 
  • Create and manage marketing content in conjunction with our AI-powered marketing agent. This may include emails, social posts, and campaign assets that speak to our target audience
  • Own the day-to-day operation of Sidecar’s AI-powered marketing agent, including prompt management, output review, and continuous improvement
  • Play a hands-on role in producing digitalNow, Sidecar’s annual conference — supporting logistics, speaker coordination, promotional campaigns, and on-site execution
  • Support sales enablement by developing collateral, tracking engagement, and helping operationalize our outbound engine

 

What We're Looking For

  • 1-3 years of experience in a sales, marketing, or business development role, ideally in B2B SaaS
  • Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams such as outbound, content, events, and enablement, with consistent output
  • Comfortable writing compelling outreach copy and marketing content from scratch
  • Experience supporting or coordinating events, conferences, or large-scale programs is a strong plus
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot or a comparable CRM; comfort learning new tools quickly
  • Familiarity with prospecting platforms like Apollo or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Genuine curiosity about AI and an eagerness to build AI-assisted workflows and manage agents
  • Strong attention to detail, self-starter mindset, and comfort operating in a remote-first environment
  • Experience working with or selling to associations is a plus
