Business Operations and Growth Intern

We're an early-stage company in the padel space - equal parts operating business (we sell and build padel courts for clubs across North America) and ambitious bet (we're building the SaaS platform that will build and run the next 1,000 padel facilities). Padel is the fastest-growing sport in the country, and we're at the front of the wave.

You'd work directly with the founders and partners. No layers - your output goes straight into how we run.

What you'll do:

  • Sales ops: build targeted prospect lists, enrich and maintain our HubSpot CRM, keep deal stages and contact info clean, sit in on sales calls and capture follow-ups
  • Brand & social: help us tell the padel story: capture content from install sites and customer projects, draft and schedule posts on LinkedIn and Instagram, build a presence in a sport that's exploding right now
  • Tech & automation: help us stitch our tools together and automate the repetitive stuff - HubSpot, email, calendar, AI tools like Claude, Quickbooks. 
  • Document as you go: every playbook, prompt, and automation you build gets written down so it keeps working after the summer ends

What we're looking for:

  • Rising junior or senior, any major (business, marketing, comms, CS all welcome)
  • Genuinely tech-proficient. Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint — you've used all of it and don't need a tutorial. Bonus points for any scripting, Zapier/Make, Power Automate, or API tinkering
  • AI-native. You use Claude, ChatGPT, or similar daily, and you have opinions about prompts, workflows, and where AI actually adds value vs. where it doesn't
  • Sharp writer - you can take a messy thread or a long call and produce a clean takeaway
  • Self-directed. We'll point you at a problem; you'll come back with a plan
  • Bonus: any padel, tennis, or racket-sports background, or hands-on experience running social for a brand or club
