Fee-For-Service Psychotherapist

Wells Health is hiring a Fee-For-Service Psychotherapist to support seniors inside skilled nursing and assisted living facilities. We provide comprehensive psychotherapy services to the geriatric community in long-term care facilities. Treatment is delivered through a strength-based, client-centered approach. We view mental health issues through a systematic lens, considering the micro, mezzo, and macro levels of human experiences and stressors.

Responsibilities:

Provide individual psychotherapy and supportive counseling to clients.

Provide comprehensive assessment of all clients on caseload.

Conduct treatment planning for all clients on caseload.

Provide crisis intervention for all clients on caseload.

Provide psycho-education to clients.

Conduct outreach to clients in order to ensure their attendance at appointments.

Complete all appropriate documentation for each client on caseload.

Collaborate with other service providers to bring services to clients.

Actively participate in supervision.

Additional duties as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications:

LMSW

Ability to work independently at a satellite clinic.

Excellent computer skills.

Excellent organizational ability and interpersonal skills.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
