Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver – Brain Injury (TBI) Rehab – Up to $22/hr

Locations: Quakertown, PA (Primary) | Dublin, PA

Job Types: Full-Time & Part-Time

Shifts Available: 7a–3p | 3p–9p | 3p–11p | 11p–7a (weekend availability required)

Base Pay + Differentials (Earn up to $22/hr)

Base Rate: $17.00/hr for all new hires

Full-Time Differential Examples:

• Standard Weekday: $17.00/hr

• Weekend Days & Friday Nights: $20.00/hr ($17 base + $3 differential)

• Weekend Evenings (Sat/Sun 3p–11p): $22.00/hr ($17 base + $5 differential)

Part-Time Differential Examples:

• Fri/Sat/Sun (7a–3p & 11p–7a): $17.00/hr

• Sat/Sun (3p–11p): $19.00/hr ($17 base + $2 differential)

What You’ll Do (Direct Support / Caregiving)

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility

• Provide brain injury rehabilitation support in a respectful, home-like setting

• Encourage skill-building and goal progress (person-centered support)

• Transport individuals safely to appointments and community outings

• Medication reminders/administration after training

• Document care and progress clearly and professionally

What We’re Looking For

• Age 18+

• High School Diploma/GED (or equivalent)

• Valid Driver’s License (required)

• 6+ months of direct care experience (paid, volunteer, or family caregiving)

  – Great fit if you’ve worked as: DSP, caregiver, PCA, HHA, CNA, residential aide, home care aide, behavioral health aide

• Dependable, kind, and team-oriented

Scheduling Requirement

• Weekend availability required (minimum 4 premium shifts per month)
