Brand Promotions Associate

Job Type: Full-time, W2
Compensation: $52,000–$65,000 OTE (base hourly + commission)
Location: Mobile, AL

Are you ambitious, outgoing, and ready to jumpstart a career in marketing, sales, and brand promotions? Emergent Executives is hiring a motivated Brand Promotions Associate to join a fast-growing team in a dynamic, people-focused environment.

This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in retail sales, event marketing, customer service, and face-to-face brand representation—no prior experience required. We provide full training and ongoing mentorship to help you succeed.

What You’ll Do:

  • Represent nationally recognized brands through in-store promotions, retail campaigns, and live marketing events
  • Engage customers through face-to-face sales and customer service interactions
  • Educate customers on products, services, and current promotions to drive retail sales and brand awareness
  • Assist with event setup, promotional displays, and campaign execution
  • Generate leads and meet daily and weekly sales targets
  • Build strong customer relationships and deliver a high-quality customer experience
  • Participate in ongoing training focused on sales techniques, marketing strategy, and leadership development

Job Details:

  • Pay: Weekly base pay ($500–$1,200) + uncapped commission
  • Type: Full-time | W-2 Employee
