As an entry-level Sales Representative at Emergent Executives, you will start with hands-on training and work directly with our team to maintain and execute client sales campaigns. You will focus on engaging with potential customers, building relationships, and driving new business for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers face-to-face within in-store settings, promoting client products and services.
• Present up-to-date promotions and marketing materials to prospective customers.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and offering tailored solutions.
• Meet and exceed weekly individual and team sales goals.
• Attend regular team meetings to discuss strategy, progress, and client feedback.
• Grow brand awareness and generate new leads within the local market.
• Foster long-term relationships with clients and consumers, contributing to ongoing sales growth.

Salary & Compensation:

• Base: This position offers hourly, guaranteed base pay - paid weekly.
• Incentive/Commission Structure: Uncapped performance-based bonuses and commissions based on sales goals - paid weekly.
