Pro 7 Sports Group LLC works with student-athletes, schools, businesses, and organizations through NIL education, athlete branding, recruiting education, motivational speaking, podcast exposure, and leadership development.

We are currently expanding our speaking division and seeking motivated individuals to help secure speaking opportunities for Coach Esprit and Pro 7 Sports Group LLC.

This role is ideal for highly motivated communicators who enjoy networking, outreach, relationship-building, and creating opportunities.

Position Overview

The Speaking Engagement Booking Representative is responsible for helping secure speaking engagements, leadership presentations, athletic department sessions, parent recruiting seminars, and motivational events.

This position focuses on outbound communication, relationship-building, lead generation, follow-up, and appointment setting.

Representatives will work directly with the Director of Strategic Partnerships to help build and manage the speaking pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Research schools, athletic departments, organizations, businesses, churches, and events
• Conduct outreach through calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking, and direct communication
• Present speaking opportunities and company services professionally
• Schedule discovery calls with qualified organizations and decision-makers
• Follow up consistently with prospects
• Help organize speaking opportunities and maintain pipeline communication
• Track outreach and lead activity using approved company systems
• Assist with growth of the speaking division and community partnerships

Compensation

This is a commission-based opportunity with unlimited earning potential.

Representatives earn a percentage of successfully booked and paid speaking engagements they help secure.
