Hiring: Equipment Coordinator 

Location: Plymouth, MN - 55442 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Receive and organize COTS (Commercial Off-The-Shelf) and custom machine components

 • Track outstanding parts and ensure timely material availability for assembly 

• Consolidate and stage components for machine builds and assembly readiness

 • Prepare and organize documentation including schematics, TLAs, and work instructions

 • Coordinate between technicians, machine shop teams, and requesters to resolve missing or incorrect parts issues 

• Package, crate, and pallet completed kits for shipment 

• Notify internal teams when builds are complete and ready for delivery

 Qualifications: 

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel

 • Mechanically inclined with general technical understanding preferred

 • Basic SolidWorks knowledge preferred
