GIS & Asset Management Intern
Paid Internship – $15/hour
Local candidates only. Housing is not provided.

The County is seeking a GIS & Asset Management Intern to support mapping, spatial data updates, and asset inventory for County facilities and infrastructure. This role is ideal for students studying GIS, Geography, Civil Engineering, Environmental Science, or related fields.

Responsibilities:
• Update and maintain GIS layers for County buildings and infrastructure
• Assist with field data collection and asset inventory
• Support environmental and facility data mapping
• Help prepare simple maps, reports, and data summaries
• Assist with updates to the County’s asset management systems

Requirements:
• Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate program
• Basic experience with ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, or QGIS (coursework accepted)
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Valid driver’s license preferred
