Position Overview

Part-Time / Internship – Business Development Representative (BDR)

As a Part-Time or Intern Business Development Representative, you’ll be a key part of our go-to-market team and often the first point of contact for prospective customers. This role is designed to provide real-world sales experience, exposure to SaaS, and mentorship from experienced sales leaders. You’ll help generate qualified leads and support our Account Executives while building a strong foundation for a future career in sales, marketing, or customer success.

This role is ideal for students, recent graduates, or individuals exploring a career in tech sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential customers within target industries and markets
  • Conduct outbound outreach via email, phone, and social platforms
  • Assist in qualifying leads through discovery conversations
  • Schedule meetings and demos for Account Executives
  • Maintain accurate activity tracking and CRM updates in HubSpot
  • Participate in sales training, coaching, and team meetings
  • Continuously learn our product, sales process, and best practices

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred, not required)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Coachable, curious, and eager to learn
  • Organized with attention to detail
  • Comfortable speaking with new people and learning how to handle objections
  • Self-motivated with an interest in SaaS, sales, or business development
