Administrative Intern
ADMINISTRATIVE
Naylor Commercial Interiors is looking for a driven, organized, and people-oriented Administrative Intern to support recruiting, marketing, and company brand growth. This role is designed for someone who enjoys building relationships, staying organized, creating visibility, and helping grow a strong company culture.
This position plays a key role in helping us attract great people, improve our public presence, and support long-term company growth. The ideal candidate is proactive, professional, comfortable communicating with people, and excited to help build something meaningful in the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities
Recruiting & Talent Pipeline
- Review all incoming applicants within 2 business days of submission
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates
- Conduct first-round phone screenings and initial interviews
- Track recruiting progress and maintain candidate communication
- Support monthly hiring goals tied to crew start dates
- Perform cold outreach to potential hires and industry candidates
- Attend recruiting events, trade school events, and networking opportunities
- Help build relationships with younger industry professionals and future talent
Marketing & Brand Visibility
- Manage and maintain company social media platforms
- Coordinate company website updates and marketing content
- Showcase employees, projects, and company culture through photos and stories
- Coordinate project photography, testimonials, and field content
- Assist with proposal visuals, presentations, and recruiting materials
- Help strengthen overall company branding and online visibility
- Support company events, team activities, and culture initiatives
Administrative Support
- Maintain organized recruiting and marketing records
- Assist leadership with administrative and communication tasks
- Help coordinate onboarding materials and recruiting documentation
- Support internal communication and company initiatives as needed
Success Metrics
Recruiting
- Maintain a strong and consistent recruiting pipeline
- Support monthly onboarding goals for field crews
- Help identify qualified Foreman, APM, and office candidates quarterly
- Improve overall applicant quality and responsiveness
Marketing & Brand
- Increase company visibility online and within the industry
- Improve engagement and consistency across social platforms
- Help strengthen company reputation and brand recognition
- Increase awareness among younger construction professionals
