Job Title: Operator I
Location: Plymouth, MN
Shift: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Job Responsibilities:
- Assemble, repair, and test medical device components
- Work with small parts and perform detailed assembly tasks
- Follow SOPs, quality standards, and safety procedures
- Maintain accurate production and quality documentation
- Support continuous improvement and manufacturing goals
- Work in a cleanroom manufacturing environment
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
- Medical device experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Basic computer skills and documentation experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working with small components and repetitive tasks
- Must follow cleanroom gowning and safety requirements
