LACH DIAMOND is a family-owned global company specializing in high-precision PCD tooling for industries including automotive, aerospace, woodworking, and metalworking.

We’re currently looking for a motivated, technically minded person to join our Wire EDM team in Grand Rapids.

No previous Wire EDM experience? No problem — we provide hands-on training. However, basic CAD/CAM knowledge and strong technical understanding are important.

What You’ll Do:
• Operate and monitor Wire EDM machines
• Work with and adjust existing machining programs
• Set up workpieces and fixtures
• Inspect high-precision tooling components
• Work closely with experienced technicians and our CAD/CAM team

What We’re Looking For:
• CAD/CAM or CNC background preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Interest in manufacturing technology and precision machining
• Reliable, motivated, and eager to learn
• Team-oriented mindset
