Are you creative, organized, self-motivated, and ready to learn what it actually takes to run growing digital brands?
Well Hello Magic and Sign Gypsies Lehigh Valley are looking for hardworking interns who want hands-on experience in content creation, social media marketing, branding, blogging, Pinterest strategy, audience engagement, and small business operations.
This is not a “watch from the sidelines” internship. Interns will actively contribute to real projects, real campaigns, and real brand growth while learning practical skills used in today’s digital marketing world.
About the Brands
Well Hello Magic is a Disney lifestyle and travel brand focused on helping families minimize stress while planning Disney vacations. Content includes Disney planning tips, blogs, YouTube content, social media campaigns, newsletters, Pinterest strategy, and family lifestyle storytelling.
Sign Gypsies Lehigh Valley is a yard greeting business specializing in celebrations, birthdays, graduations, school events, community partnerships, and local marketing campaigns throughout the Lehigh Valley.
What Interns Will Learn:
Social media strategy and scheduling
Canva design and visual branding
Pinterest marketing and SEO
Blog writing and keyword research
Audience engagement and community management
Content planning and campaign organization
Influencer/content creator marketing strategies
Brand voice and storytelling
Time management and deadline accountability
Real-world small business operations
Internship Responsibilities
Interns may assist with:
Writing SEO-focused blog posts
Creating Pinterest pins and graphics in Canva
Researching Disney destinations, trends, and events
Building social media content calendars
Creating Instagram story concepts and engagement ideas
Assisting with newsletter content
Organizing digital assets and folders
Supporting local marketing efforts for Sign Gypsies Lehigh Valley
Creating promotional graphics for birthdays, graduations, and events
Researching trending products, themes, and seasonal campaigns
Assisting with LikeToKnowIt (LTK) organization and content preparation
Participating in educational seminars and mentorship sessions
Internship Structure
This is a paid internship that includes:
5 hours per week of paid internship work
An additional 2 hours of optional supportive opportunities designed to enhance the internship experience, build portfolios, strengthen skills, and provide additional mentorship and learning opportunities
Interns will also participate in:
Weekly 1-hour educational seminars focused on branding, marketing, social media, business operations, communication, and content strategy
Peer mentorship with a returning intern who has previously completed the program
Weekly one-on-one support and feedback opportunities
Independent project work and collaborative brainstorming sessions

This internship is designed to prepare students for real marketing and creative work environments. Interns are expected to:
