About the Role:

Braven Student Ambassadors (BSAs) are passionate student leaders who have taken the SF State and Braven Career Accelerator course (AU 220) and want to share their experience with fellow SF State students. As a BSA, you’ll play a key role in increasing awareness of Braven by engaging with students through on-campus tabling, social media content creation, recruitment events, and collaborations with student organizations and student-facing departments.

This is a great opportunity to expand your leadership skills, grow your professional network, and gain valuable public speaking and marketing experience while making a direct impact on your campus community. Plus, BSAs will have access to exclusive opportunities, including speaking on panels and attending special events off campus to further their professional development. 

Responsibilities:

  • Represent Braven at SFSU by sharing your experience and encouraging students to enroll in AU 220.
  • Support recruitment efforts through tabling, social media engagement, and event outreach.
  • Collaborate with student orgs and campus departments to increase awareness of Braven.
  • Speak on panels and at events to share insights on career prep and professional growth.
  • Participate in special networking and leadership development opportunities.

Who You Are:

  • A Braven alum who has completed the AU 220 course.
  • Passionate about professional growth and helping fellow students succeed.
  • Comfortable engaging with peers, speaking at events, and sharing personal experiences.
  • Interested in marketing, social media, event planning, campus outreach, recruitment, and community engagement.
