ABOUT US
Ordermatic builds AI-powered order entry software for industrial distributors. We turn the messy reality of inbound orders — emails, faxes, PDFs, handwritten notes — into clean, accurate ERP entries automatically. We're founder-led, Cleveland-based, and growing fast.
This summer we're hiring three interns across two tracks. You'll work directly with our founding team, get named to investors in our monthly updates, and do real work that moves the needle from day one.
WHICH TRACK IS RIGHT FOR YOU?
TRACK A — SALES DEVELOPMENT (2 openings)
If you're competitive, phone-comfortable, and want to learn how B2B sales actually works — this is your track. You'll generate qualified demo appointments with industrial distributors across Northeast Ohio through outbound calls and weekly field visits. Lead generation, not closing. Results-based bonuses and generous commissions for hitting your numbers.
Requires: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
TRACK B — CONTENT & MARKETING (1 opening)
If you're a strong writer who wants real brand ownership — not a "make graphics for a deck" internship — this is your track. You'll own Ordermatic's LinkedIn content calendar, write case studies and thought-leadership posts, and build conference materials. Performance bonuses for published content and inbound leads your content generates.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• Currently enrolled undergraduate (rising junior or senior preferred)
• Available the full June 2 – August 15 window
• Based in or able to commute to Cleveland's east side daily
• Asks good questions and wants real responsibility
• Ready to be measured on results
