Schedule: M-F 6am-2:30pm

What You’ll Do
- Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and ensure team deadlines stay on track
- Create and maintain spreadsheets, reports, and documentation using Excel and Google Sheets
- Support leadership and project teams with administrative and organization tasks
- Track task assignments, follow up on deliverables, and keep communication clear across departments
- Draft and format correspondence in Gmail and Google Docs for internal and external use
- Maintain digital files and ensure all project documents are current and accurate
What You’ll Bring
- Strong Excel and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Drive) skills
- Sharp attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt quickly to shifting needs
