Client Services Intern (Part-Time)

 

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Client Services Intern to support our Merchant Maintenance team. This team is currently working through a high volume of PCI-related maintenance requests, and this role will play a critical part in helping reduce backlog, improve turnaround times, and maintain accurate merchant records.

This is an excellent opportunity for a student or early-career professional to gain hands-on experience in payment operations, compliance, and merchant services within a fast-paced, real-world environment.

 

What You’ll Do

As an intern, you’ll support structured, high-impact operational work, including:

  • Review PCI change request emails for completion certificates
  • Ensure PCI compliance updates are accurately reflected in internal dashboards
  • Update merchant records and billing details in internal systems (e.g., PPM)
  • Document compliance completion and expiration notes in tracking systems
  • Maintain accurate logs for PCI audit tracking and reporting
  • Process tickets, update statuses, and assist with workflow management
  • Support backlog reduction efforts to help the team meet service-level agreements (SLAs)
