Calling all recent or upcoming college graduates! Immediate opening for a driven customer service oriented candidate to serve as an Account Representative at a dynamic and growing Dallas based stock transfer agent and fund administrator. Successful candidate will be responsible for processing the issuance and transfer of stock and other securities of public and private companies. Working directly with senior client executives on corporate actions, paying agent activity and secondary securities offerings.  You will also work directly with various regulators including the US SEC and FINRA as well as the Depository Trust and Clearing Corporation. Great entry level position with significant potential for growth and immediate client contact. Ideal candidate will have the ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities while learning the securities industry.
