Social Media Content Operations Intern
-What can you do?-
- Responsible for content planning, production, and operation on platforms such as X, LinkedIn, YouTube, and INS, understands the context of overseas social media in Europe, builds a content system from scratch, and continuously produces authentic and impactful English content. Sensitive to the tone of domestic and overseas platforms, knows what content is more likely to be seen, shared, and discussed, and has the ability to identify and potential for explosive growth.
- Expand and connect with overseas Influencer resources, independently drive the entire cooperation process - screening, Brief writing, creative provision, post tracking, and coordinate with Influencer Agencies simultaneously
- Collect user feedback from social media, communities, and within the product, organize requirements and content insights, and assist in optimizing content strategies, growth strategy inputs, and product experience

- Chinese language skills preferred, and has an understanding of the social media ecosystem and user habits in Europe and the US
- Truly interested in AI, having used it in depth, not just riding the wave
- Have a sense of internet trends, be able to tell stories, and know what content is likely to be seen and shared
- Strong execution ability, able to drive things forward on one's own under limited resources
- Bonus points: Having a personal account or content portfolio; Having actual operation experience on one of the platforms X / LinkedIn / TikTok; Having experience leading campus projects or entrepreneurial project experience
-Regarding this internship-
- Fully remote, with at least 3 days of commitment per week
- At least 3 months, preferably 6 months
- Collaborate directly with the founding team, participate in real decision-making, not just do odd jobs
