Apparel Showroom Sales Assistant
About Fresh Start Showroom:
Fresh Start Showroom is a wholesale fashion showroom representing premium apparel brands and working with major retailers and specialty stores throughout the Midwest and beyond. We work closely with buyers, manage sales operations, support apparel markets and trade shows, and help drive brand growth.
We are looking for a highly organized, motivated, and detail-oriented individual interested in fashion, sales, and business operations to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for hands-on experience in the fashion and wholesale industry with exposure to sales, marketing, and entrepreneurship.
Responsibilities:
• Assist with showroom organization and presentation
• Prepare samples for appointments and trade shows (steaming, tagging, organizing, returns)
• Assist with appointment scheduling and calendar management
• Support buyer communication and follow-up
• Help create and send email marketing campaigns and product updates
• Upload and maintain sales and invoice information
• Conduct account research and assist with outreach efforts
• Help manage special projects and day-to-day showroom tasks
Qualifications:
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Positive attitude with willingness to learn
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and email systems
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Interest in fashion, retail, sales, or business preferred
