Brand Mentions Coordinator

The Role

We're hiring a Mentioneer to turn publisher replies and live opportunities into real, high-quality brand mentions. You'll work inside Noble's internal tool (your home base), negotiate with publishers, push deals forward, and keep everything cleanly tracked so nothing slips through the cracks.

 

What you'll do

  • Coordinate with publishers and site owners across email, LinkedIn, Slack, and Noble's internal tool to move mention opportunities forward
  • Reply to publishers professionally and on-brand, from the correct client identity
  • Keep records, statuses, and next steps up to date so nothing slips through the cracks
  • Follow up on stale threads before they go cold
  • Spot friction in the workflow and help build better systems, templates, and processes as we scale

Who you are

  • Urgent and persistent. You don't let warm threads die.
  • Operationally minded. Statuses, notes, and next steps stay tight — and when you spot something that could work better, you surface it instead of just working around it.
  • Good judgment. You know when to reply confidently, when to pause, and when to escalate.
  • Professional in writing. You can hold a clean, on-brand publisher conversation without sounding like a template.
  • Self-directed. You don't wait to be chased. You work the queue.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity. Publishers say weird things. You can pattern-match what kind of opportunity it is and take the right next action.

Bonus if you've done outreach, partnerships, PR, link-building, SEO coordination, sales development, or anything else where you've worked a queue of live conversations.
