OGS - Insurance Student Assistant

Office of General Services Bureau of Risk and Insurance Management is looking for a student assistant to for the following tasks:

- Review insurance documents for compliance with contract terms, identify gaps or risks, and provide clear technical guidance to ensure smooth contract execution.  
- Serve as the primary liaison between State contractors, the Office of General Services, State agencies, and Public Benefit Corporations to coordinate issues, streamline communications, and resolve contract-related matters.  
- Support billing operations by managing data entry for internal tracking, preparing accurate invoices in SFS, and proactively pursuing overdue payments to maintain healthy cash flow.
