Coordinator of Outreach and Strategic Partnerships

As a volunteer, you can apply to one or more of these areas at CEEN.

1. Academic Partnership Management: Research internship requirements at various schools, manage the necessary documentation to ensure that students’ hours are validated, and serve as an administrative liaison between the university and the organization.
2. Institutional Partnership Development: Identify organizations with similar missions, draft initial collaboration proposals, and maintain an up-to-date database of strategic contacts for joint projects.
3. Recruitment Event Leadership: Coordinate the logistics (dates, platforms, materials) of informational sessions and volunteer fairs, ensuring that the experience for new prospects is inspiring from the very first contact.
4. Outreach and Community Strategy: Actively participate in university forums and student groups to raise awareness of our projects, serving as the human face that connects young talent with our cause.
5. Strategic Communications Support: Create testimonials and impact stories about the volunteers’ work for publication on social media, helping to strengthen the organization’s visual and narrative identity.
