Position Overview
We are seeking a creative, reliable, and self-motivated Digital Marketing & Content Coordinator to support our growing organization through social media management, content creation, website updates, and digital communications. This role is primarily remote with some required on-site hours for capturing content within the gym and during events or programs.
This is an excellent opportunity for a college student, recent graduate, freelancer, or individual looking to build hands-on marketing experience while making a meaningful impact in the community.
Responsibilities
- Create and schedule content for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
- Capture photo and video content during scheduled on-site visits
- Create graphics, reels, promotional posts, and event marketing materials
- Manage and update in-house digital display systems using ScreenCloud
- Help promote programs, events, camps, and community initiatives
- Monitor engagement and provide basic performance updates
- Maintain organized content calendars and marketing materials
Position Details
- Part-time flexible hourly role
- Approximately 15–30 hours per month
- Flexible scheduling within approved monthly hours
- Primarily remote with periodic on-site content capture required
- Pay: Starting at $30/hour based on experience and qualifications
Qualifications
- Interest or experience in marketing, communications, social media, or content creation
- Comfortable using social media platforms and basic editing/design tools
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Photography, videography, Canva, or editing experience is a plus
- Passion for inclusion, community engagement, and working with families is highly valued
